Online Returns - exchange order /credit note 

We offer returns for exchanges or credit note on all on products purchased online subject to the following conditions: 

Please note we do not offer returns on sale rack items. Items purchased from the sale rack are final sale. (Unless deemed faulty by EP)

  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted and returned to customer. 

Online Returns - refund 

We offer refunds all on full priced purchased online subject to the following conditions: (any items purchased using a discount code, credit note, or on sale is not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by EP)

  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted and returned to customer. 

Request A Return

To request a return or exchange, please email us at enquiries@enapelly.com.au and include the following details:

  • Order number
  • Return Reason
  • If you're exchanging an item, please include the product name, colour and size you would like to exchange for

Once approved, we will send you a returns form for you to fill out and include in your return. Please note, no returns will be accepted without a return authorisation for one of our online staff.

Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to availability at once your return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.

Credit notes

Credit notes are valid for 12 months and cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code. 

Cancellations

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Order processing

All orders placed before 12PM will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 2 – 4 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.

afterpay

Afterpay purchases may be exchanged pursuant to our change of mind policy for a product of equal or lesser value or a store credit note can be issued for the amount paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on Afterpay purchases.

Every reasonable effort has been taken in the preparation of this website to ensure the accuracy of its contents, however, no warranty is given. Illustrations and all other photographic depictions are for presentation purposes only.

shipping

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers. 

All New Zealand and USA shipments orders are shipped with DHL, using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service.
