Can I get a refund if my order doesn’t suite me?

Absolutely, any item purchased at full price paid via CC are eligible for a full refund. 

How long does shipping take?

3-5 business days depending on where you are and which shipping method you select.

What size jacket should I purchase?

We would recommend sticking to your general top size, otherwise please refer to our size guide for further sizing details.

Can I return my jacket if the tags have been removed but I have not worn it?

No, you item must be in the exact sane condition as to which you received it, with all tags attached.
 

Can I still return my jacket if it’s been more then 14 days?

In most cases no, but please email enquiries@enapelly.com.au in case they can help

Do I need to return my jacket in its box?

It is best to return your jacket in the box, otherwise you may return it in a safe way so it is received back to our warehouse in its original and new condition.

How do I return my order?

Check that your order is eligible for a refund by looking at our returns policy, if you qualify email enquiries@enapelly.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
