 Online Returns - Exchange Order /Credit Notes

We offer returns for exchanges or credit notes on all on products purchased online subject to the following conditions: 

Please note we do not offer returns on sale rack items. Items purchased from the sale rack are final sale. (Unless deemed faulty by EP)

The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted and returned to the customer. 


Online Returns - Refund 

We offer refunds all on full priced items purchased online at Ena Pelly subject to the following conditions: 

The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered, have had tags removed or have been washed will not be accepted and returned to the customer. 

Please note any items purchased using a discount code, credit note, or on sale are not eligible for a refund unless deemed faulty by Ena Pelly. 


Afterpay

Afterpay purchases may be exchanged pursuant to our change of mind policy for a product of equal or lesser value or a store credit note can be issued for the amount paid. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on Afterpay purchases.

Once approved, we will send you a return form for you to fill out and include in your return. Please note, no returns will be accepted without a return authorisation from one of our online staff.


Refunds

Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payment, i.e. Afterpay account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).


Exchange

Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock once your return has arrived to our head office. Unfortunately we are unable to hold stock. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.


Credit notes

Credit notes are valid for 12 months and cannot be used in conjunction with a discount code or VIP loyalty points. 


Order processing

All orders placed before 12PM will be dispatched that day, with any orders placed after this cut-off time dispatched the following business day. Our team work hard to ensure orders are sent out as soon as possible, however please allow 2 – 4 days for your order to be processed and dispatched during promotions and over the Christmas period.


Terms of Service

Every reasonable effort has been taken in the preparation of this website to ensure the accuracy of its contents, however, no warranty is given. Illustrations and all other photographic depictions are for presentation purposes only. 


Shipping

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation, including a tracking link to keep an eye on your order. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers. 

All New Zealand and USA shipment orders are shipped with DHL, using a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT

When you access the Website, you may create an online account with us and provide us with personal details.

To place an order on the Website, you will need to provide us with personal details.

In either case, it is very important that any personal details you provide are complete, true and up to date.

Please let us know if your personal details change or are recorded incorrectly and we will promptly update them.

If you create an online account with us, you will need to create a password to access your online account. Your password must be unique and kept secure and private at all times. Please let us know immediately if you believe or suspect there to have been a breach of security or any unauthorised use of your account. 


ORDERS

All orders will be accepted at ENA PELLY’s sole discretion.

When you submit an order on the Website, this constitutes your legally binding offer to purchase merchandise.

If we accept your order, you will be sent an Order Confirmation email specific to your purchase. If we do not accept your order we will notify you via email. All orders are subject to ENA PELLY's approval and the availability of merchandise. ENA PELLY may place a limit on the quantity of merchandise that can be ordered on the Website.

We may at our sole discretion cancel your order any time prior to shipping, for example if the merchandise ordered becomes unavailable. We will promptly refund the full purchase price of that order to you. You can read ENA PELLY’s Returns and Delivery Policy, via this link.


PRICE

All orders are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.

All prices quoted on the Website exclude postage and handling costs. You will be charged extra for postage and handling. You will be notified of these extra costs at the time you place your order.

Prices quoted on the Website are subject to change at our sole discretion without notice.

If the price of merchandise is reduced after you place an order, ENA PELLY will not offer a subsequent price adjustment. The relevant price of merchandise is the price at the time you place your order.


CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, ENA PELLY may cancel or refuse to accept an order at any time, without liability.

If we cancel an order after you have made a payment, we will refund that payment to you in full.


PAYMENT OF ORDERS

You must provide complete, true and up to date payment and billing details.

When you place an order on the Website, you authorise ENA PELLY to deduct payments from the credit card you provide.

You must be the authorised holder of the credit card or be authorised to use the credit card in order to have payment details authorised and processed.

ENA PELLY can refuse to authorise and process an order if, in our absolute discretion, we believe this is necessary. ENA PELLY may request credit, anti-fraud and identity checks if we believe this is necessary.

If ENA PELLY cannot charge payment to your credit card or if a payment is declined or returned for any reason, ENA PELLY may in our absolute discretion suspend or cancel your order.

If ENA PELLY is charged a fee for processing your credit card by your bank or financial institution, you will be liable for these charges. ENA PELLY will notify you of these charges if they apply.

ENA PELLY uses SecurePay to offer secure payment systems to protect you in accordance with best industry practice.

While ENA PELLY takes all reasonable steps to ensure your personal information remains secure, it is impossible for ENA PELLY to completely guarantee that the transmission of data over the Internet will be totally secure at all times.

Subject to the terms of ENA PELLY’S Privacy Policy, any information submitted to ENA PELLY on the Website is done so at your own risk.


DISPATCH AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

If ENA PELLY has accepted your order and payment has been authorised and processed, the merchandise purchased will be promptly delivered to you. You can read ENA PELLY’s Returns and Delivery Policy, via this link.

During busy sale periods there may be a delay in dispatching your order due to an increase in order volumes.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, ENA PELLY accepts no responsibility or liability for undelivered merchandise.

To the maximum extent permitted by the law, ENA PELLY accepts no responsibility or liability if merchandise is returned to the ENA PELLY warehouse or if there is a delay in delivery which is beyond our reasonable control.

Title to the merchandise and the risk of loss or damage to the merchandise passes to you upon receiving delivery of the merchandise from the postal or courier service used by ENA PELLY.

What is Afterpay?


Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal instalments, due every fortnight. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay. All of your payments are interest free and you will receive your order straight away. 


Afterpay is operated by Afterpay Holdings Limited, listed on the ASX.


To make a purchase using Afterpay, you will need:

1. A debit or credit card 

2. To be over 18 years of age 

3. An Australian residential address


How does it work? 

1. At the ENA PELLY checkout, select Afterpay as your payment option. You will then be redirected to the Afterpay website to process your order. 

3. Register or login into Afterpay to confirm your order. 

4. You will then be redirected to the Silk Laundry website to receive your order confirmation.   

5. Please note: Afterpay has a maximum transaction limit of AUD $1000, however each order is subject to Afterpay's credit assessment. 


How do I use Afterpay?

When you place your first order with Afterpay, the first instalment will be charged at the time of purchase. Each instalment will then be deduced from your debit/credit card each fortnight. For all of your future orders using Afterpay, your first instalment will be deducted within 14 days. At the time of purchase, the full Afterpay schedule will be outlined for you. 


When will my order be shipped? 

Your order will be shipped straight away. Afterpay only defers the payment, not your new dress! 


Can I return my Afterpay order? 

We are able to issue returns for orders processed through Afterpay. We will issue a credit to the amount of the purchased product(s), or a refund if the order is purchased at full price. Any returned items processed through Afterpay must remain within the 7 day Returns and Exchanges Policy in order to be granted a credit or exchange.

Please note: Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
